Refund policy

When you receive your parcel, please record a video while opening it. This video will serve as proof in case the parcel is damaged or any item is missing.

If you face any such issue, please send the opening video along with your complaint to our WhatsApp number. After verification, the parcel can be returned, and you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges, within 14 days through the courier process.

Please note that claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Similarly, used products or products returned without proper proof will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
